Refund policy
At ASSUREDSHOP, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive a damaged item or did not receive what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Please note that in order to process a refund or exchange for a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, we require Unboxing video of the issue.
We maintain a less than 1% defect/error rate. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us, and provide a photograph that indicates a problem.
For Quality Issues - We need a Proper Photograph and We require an Unboxing video of the issue.
For Missing Items in order - We require an Unboxing video.
Photograph/Unboxing videos help us investigate the issue, only after which we can give you a resolution.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect item selection. We also cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped by our team.
- Please allow us 7 days to process all returns and exchanges.
- Please ensure returned items are unworn and undamaged.
